Inconsistency (Data Matching Issue)
A difference between some information you entered on your Marketplace insurance application and information from our trusted data sources. The inconsistency may relate to your yearly income, immigration status, citizenship, or other items on your application. If you get a notice about an inconsistency, you’ll have to provide the Marketplace with documents to support what you put on your application. If you don’t submit them by the deadline stated in the notice, you could lose your health insurance plan or premium tax credits and other savings you’re getting to help pay.
