Data Matching Issue (Inconsistency)

A difference between some information you put on your Marketplace health insurance application and information we have from other data sources. The data matching issue may involve your annual income, citizenship, immigration status, or other matters. When you get a notice about a data matching issue, you’ll need to send documents to verify the information you put on your application. If you don’t do it by the date included in the notice, you could lose your health insurance or savings.
